Dream Team Program

What is the Dream Team Program?

The Greeley Dream is a federally funded, pre-collegiate TRiO program that serves over 700 low-income and first-generation students at nine District 6 middle and high schools. The core of the Dream Team program focuses on the relationships built between the Advisor and their students in order to prepare students for a successful transition into a two or four year university. Program services include personalized academic advising and goal setting, career and college based field trips, educational workshops, tutoring, and financial aid and college application assistance.

Eligibility Requirements:
  • ¬†Must be in grades 6th through 12th
  • ¬†Must be a U.S. Citizen or an Eligible Non-Citizen
  • ¬†Must be income eligible
  • ¬†First-Generation (first in¬†family to earn a bachelor’s degree)
  • ¬†Attend¬†one of the following¬†middle or high school in Weld County School District 6:
    • Brentwood Middle School
    • Franklin Middle School
    • Heath Middle School
    • Prairie Heights Middle School
    • Early College Academy
    • Greeley Central High School
    • Greeley West High School
    • Jefferson High School
    • Northridge High School
