What aspect of being in the Dream Team has stuck with you?
The aspect of being in the Dream Team that has stuck with me is they really helped me choose my career path and figure out what I wanted to do. They also helped me with resources and picking schools that they thought would work for me.
What are your goals for the future, and what goals have you achieved?
My goals for the future are to pursue becoming an esthetician after I graduate from cosmetology and, sometime in the near future, go back to college and study another career.
What is one of your favorite memories of the Dream Team?
My favorite memories from the Dream Team were definitely the field trips and the one-on-ones with the Advisors to help us out with what we are struggling with and help us figure out our future.
What is one piece of advice you would give a Dream Team student who has recently graduated high school?
A piece of advice I would give a Dream Team student who has recently graduated high school is you don’t have to have everything figured out as soon as you get out of high school. You’re still young. Figure out what career will make you happy and will be something you could see yourself doing for your whole life.
