Our next Alumni Spotlight is on Rick! Rick is a Northridge graduate who is now attending Aims and working toward his dream of one day owning his own restoration shop. We are so proud of Rick and all of his hard work and his upcoming graduation, and we can’t wait to see where his dreams take him next!

What is up next for you after you earn your degree?
After graduating this December, I want to work in an Auto Collision Center and then, one day, own my own restoration shop.
What aspect of being in the Dream Team has stuck with you?
The aspect of being in The Greeley Dream Team that stuck with me the most was having a support system that always checks in and makes sure everything is going well with classes.
What are your goals for the future, and what goals have you achieved?
My goals for the future are to get into a shop and work until I can eventually open my own restoration shop. So far, I have achieved earning my welding certificate.
What is one of your best memories of being in the Dream Team?
My favorite memory of being in The Greeley Dream Team was the field trips to visit colleges.
What is one piece of advice you would give a Dream Team student who has just graduated high school?
One piece of advice I would give to a Dream Team student who has recently graduated high school is to break bad habits like procrastination because it won’t help you achieve your dreams.
