Next to step into the spotlight is Oscar! He graduated from Greeley West in 2018 and is now working full-time after earning his degree. We are incredibly proud of everything Oscar has accomplished so far, and we can’t wait to see what adventures await him next!

What are you up to now that you’ve earned your degree?
I work as a Project Engineer for a construction company.
What is one thing you want to accomplish in the next three years?
In the next three years, I would like to take a trip to Europe and South America.
What aspect of being in the Dream Team has stuck with you?
One aspect I have carried with me is asking for help. Whether I need help at work or outside of work, the Dream Team taught me to use my resources and ask for assistance when needed.
What are your goals for the future, and what goals have you achieved?
A goal I have is to continue on the trajectory of becoming a Project Superintendent. A recent goal I have achieved was graduating from college.
What is one of your favorite memories of Dream Team?
One of my favorite memories with the Dream Team was attending the Butterfly Pavilion in my 8th-grade year. I was able to meet other people in the same program from other schools.
What is one piece of advice you would give a Dream Team student who has just graduated high school?
Call the people you care about and tell them you love them. I know I sound like a mother, but it’s important to keep the people you care about close, especially once life starts getting ahead of you.
