For this spring semester, she is working as our intern to get a behind-the-scenes look at all things Dream Team. 1. What aspect of being in the Dream Team has stuck with you?
One aspect that has stuck with me from being in the Dream Team, is that no matter how long it has been you will always have an amazing support system cheering you on from afar.

2. What are your goals for the future, and what goals have you achieved?
My main goal as of right now is to be able to work in some sort of job-related to social work once I graduate, then continue my education in Family Counseling and receive my Master’s. As well as continuing to enjoy the little things that life has to offer.

3. What is one of your favorite memories of the Dream Team?
The field trips were definitely a favorite when I was younger! But I think my most favorite memory was the people I met throughout the program, especially my advisor Monica, who has literally helped me through every step in high school and all the way now into college.

4. What is one piece of advice you would give a Dream Team student who has recently graduated high school?
Everything takes time. There is no need to rush anything and no matter how hard it may seem, being in the Dream Team makes it much easier to navigate college after high school as you still have that support. Staying in the program as long as you can, is very beneficial.
